For people who've hired VA's or assistants: what type of manual did you make for them so you two could work well together? Like explaining your challenges, your weaknesses, what you need help with, how you prefer to operate together, what tasks you want them to handle.

Instead of doing this process repetively I create a user guide and make it available through my app. As part of those guides there are demos which are basically compilations of screenshots that have interactive elements. It’s essential a knowledge base with invision app style...
