I run all my businesses with VA's. The best onboarding I have found is just being on video chat with them 24/7 for the first week. I have them screenshare and work while I watch and teach. It's manual but the best way to make sure you are on the same page

What sort of business are you running? Depends what you need VAs for. If it’s for data entry or scraping, it’s pretty easy and I don’t usually train mine

Shot in the dark here but I’ve found interactive user guides to be the best way to onboard and train people. So much so that I built my own product for it. When I used to work at Amex part of my job was 1 on 1 walkthroughs so literally userguides with clickable demos includedpic.twitter.com/bAqyS11j4E

I don't understand this. Can you explain more?

Sam I would love to hear the same for overseas development. Haha I know I have some great stories. The "teach me how to make a PB&J" story really hits home for me.

I wrote this a while back to give Execs ideas on what an assistant could do for them:https://goburrows.com/11-tasks-to-delegate-to-an-assistant/ …
