And least racist to blacks? I can’t say. It’s definitely more than a US problem.
I'm not asking just about one race. But if you're asking, about one race: I don't know. I don't know the answer of my question either.

It's hard to answer because racism is subjective (as an asian i would feel like the us is a racist country if i lived in alabahma rather than LA) perhaps a survey would help or a asking a more refined question (age/location/ethnicity in addition to your original post)
