      Now, Amazon just bought the rights and are turning it into a movie or show. And it all started with some guy posting on that subreddit. Pretty cool!

      So they took peoples stories from Reddit and used it in their podcast, which they then sold the rights to Amazon. How is this legal?

          He’s right to ask and I had the same question. Your tweet reads like they just found new IP online and are developing it. I’ve researched myself and can’t find mention, did they compensate the original creator on reddit?
