      The ridiculous trends that both GQ and Joe Rogan promote have nothing to do with their audience engagement. The callouts on this cover are wild but so is elk meat, deprivation chambers, bow hunting. So many people listen to Rogan simply because of the conversations, not for him.

      Many listen for the convo. Many listen for him. I do both. I also try lots of stuff he talks about (elk, hunting, others). I like him for his recommendations. I do not like GQ, partly because of their recommendations.

      Example: I'm a HUGE MMA fan and go to many events, practice it. I also am a huge fitness nut. Rogan introduced me to both. I'm now even considering moving to Texas because I learned about it because of him.

      I think thats fair, I'm not sure that majority of people that listen to Rogan love it for the "traditionally masculine" activities he enjoys as you do. The show has 16 million downloads per month, I'm not sure that's 16m MMA fans or kettle bell enthusiasts but rather a diverse..

      I think it has 100m downloads/month. Yes, not all MMA. My guess is it's a large contingency (who knows the %) of fitness-oriented men who are interested in traditional man stuff like combat sports, fart jokes, health, meaning, shit like that.
