So far, most SF homes that I see priced below $2 million are doing really well. More deals over $3 million. What price point are you guys looking at? U guys renters or owners? Mine is purely anecdotal from the lease I just negotiated, along with two other friends with the same experiences. I suspect it will be a slow shift in the broader market.
