I need help with a presentation/deck. I have 50-100 slides. I want to hire someone who's an expert at effectively displaying information so the consumer can easily digest complicated topics. Who should I hire?

having sat in way too many meetings with 50+ slides, I can tell you that no matter how interesting the subject matter, it takes the attention away. But then again, I come from Steve Jobs’ no-PowerPoints-school-of-thought.

This isn't for a meeting. It may not even be for anyone but myself. My point: a general rule without the context of the situation is useless.

It could be a book, article, anything. HArd to make a general sweeping rule without context.

Well said. I’ve built >100 presentations and there are few universal rules. Aside from font type/size and a general rule to limit the amount of info on a single slide, everything else is driven by context and desired impact.

This 300+ slide presentation is a hit every year; there are many times when a 50+ page deck is fine:https://www.bondcap.com/report/itr19/
