I was 100% against remote. Without commute I'm way more refreshed, happier, and absolutely work harder. I can't remember ever being home by 5, but now working out around that time, dinner/chill, then working until super late is way more fun and productive.

Being “100% against” remote work is an insane, anti-worker belief. Not a single tech CEO I know or have worked for has ever been “100% against” remote work, and never realizing its benefits until *you* experienced them isn’t a good thing, it means you are arrogant.

How many people have worked at the companies you started and had to make decisions on? And do you think insulting people who have different opinions is effective?
