So you were 100% against it until you actually tried it yourself and understood its benefits? Aren’t you just telling on yourself and a total lack of empathy you previously had?
I was 100% against remote. Without commute I'm way more refreshed, happier, and absolutely work harder. I can't remember ever being home by 5, but now working out around that time, dinner/chill, then working until super late is way more fun and productive.

Can, yes. Will, no. Many employees like hanging out. Sales team are hard to do remote. Many roles can. My role involves lots of quiet working time.
