I feel like Zuck, even though he's #3 in wealthiest in the world yet is only 36, is still not taken seriously as a businessman or capital allocator. I suspect "being understood" partially means he wants to be understood for how savvy he is. Nothing like a chip on the shoulder.

Right. But I don't think he wants to be called that or in that category. In the same way Musk thinks Buffet is financial arbitrage and is super boring. Yes, its similar stuff. But its like calling Buffet someone who helps make great products.
