And btw, The Hustle is a media company that makes tens of millions of dollars a year. So, while I don't have a band, I HAVE worked in the music industry before and do know a thing or two about making money off content.

sounds like the way you made money is the same as ever, which is finding a way to profit off the work of others, which isn't what you're suggesting by saying just make a band that people want. just say the first one.

i get part of your product is like tech motivational speaker. dollar store tim ferriss or whatever. but you're not making "tens of millions of dollars" and not making money off other people.
