There’s a value to the college experience, one that I don’t know how to put a price on. I went to a state school & loved it. But, leaving the home/state as a young adult is the push many need. It’s not a direct correlation between tuition/cost/courses & future compensation/roi.
Fair enough and understand and value your opinion. I’ve just seen people and even relatives with massive potential who stayed close to home, never experienced life outside of what they know and never realized a fraction of what they were capable of.
