My school was @BelmontUniv. Some of the people were great. I’ll be sad to see them and others go. But for the price, I hope this situation proves it’s a bad idea.

I think paying for a quality product is perfectly acceptable. In most cases, I do not think college should be free.

Are we setting this cutoff based on quality of schooling, or is there something else in the mix too?

combo of brand name, education, and networking. wife went Ivy League. Her network was an advantage. Also, the world needs academics, thinkers, researchers. Whatever. The best should exist. But bad products charging best prices shouldn’t. Only exists cuz of our culture, tradition

$20k a year is mind-blowing. I paid like $300 a month in a State University in Costa Rica. My co-workers from Silicon Valley didn't seem that much better than me
only that they earned 5 times my salary
