Great question…scaled to a gross revenue of 7 figures ideally as a legitimate biz would be ideal. Doing my research now, just confused on how to monetize it-the details
there are many ways to monetize via ads, courses, paid subs. If this is for a general audience and it's about moving to north florida, i'd predict no, it can not do $1m/year in sales.

you said elderly stuff. a newsletter for old people homes, would crush. Guides on moving to parts of florida and other places in the south, would work. a newseltter that you constantly said new info, i do not think will.
