If you aren't the best in the world at what you write about, you should not have a strictly paid newsletter. You are better off using a newsletter as your top of funnel to drive people to other monetization opportunities.

Sam, you better than anyone else should understand the value of owning your audience and having a large top of funnel.
I do understand the importance. I have have top of funnel in thousands of ways. Kylie Jenner has that. Are her lip kits the best? I don’t know. I don’t care. She shouldn’t not sell shit based on if it’s the best but do orople want it
