That's horse shit. Shouldn't insurance cover something like this?
Unfortunately wasn't insured as I was preparing to sell it (was registered non-operational). Even if I did have insurance, last time they made me pay a $2000 or just pay the towing fee myself ($700).

Speaking of...the towing system in SF is 100% corrupt. It's run by one company called AutoReturn. They have a govt contract to be the only 1. It's $750 then $50 per day. So if you're poor and get your car towed, you're fucked.
