but I SUCK at lots of detail stuff once something scales past viability. Maybe at $5m in rev. You can, prolly should, wing stuff until then. Can still wing stuff after, but when stuff starts working, you can grow fast by doing the same stuff but more and better.

Takes a super disciplined and organized person for that. Adams that. part general, part teacher. Meetings, planning. That’s important. He crushes that stuff. You can take his forecasts to the bank. Plus people LOVE working for him (me to).

people who start stuff maybe get confidence issues cuz they suck at daily operations. Guess what. There’s others who are opposites. They love running stuff. Optimizing the car. Modded that shit. Making it go faster. They hate starting with a blank canvas.

I think lots of people who start don’t delegate because they think it’ll screw shit up. It might! But there’s a world where it works. It’s pretty heavenly when I can focus on the stuff I’m awesome at and others can do the same.

I’ve done every job. Wrote. Sold. Tech stuff. Found office space. Paid bills. Design. Accounting. But the second I could hire someone to do that stuff, god damn life got more fun. It makes endurance easy cuz u can go for years, which is a legit competitive advantage.

So. Find yourself a boo like Adam. How u do that? I don’t know. I got lucky and found a gem. It prolly took a year or two to build trust and learn each other’s triggers. But it’s basically like a marriage. Some work some don’t. All r work. But good ones make life amazing.

And bad ones make you question wtf is the point of this. So. Good luck.

Also. Jeff bezos said “I tap dance to work”. When I read that I was like wtf this sucks. It’s still very challenging. And shit days. But I kinda see what he means. When you have cool coworkers and even a little traction, this stuff makes u wanna dance

Oh. Last thing. In the show billions axe ask dollar bill “are you sure?” About a stock trade. Bill: I’m not uncertain. Then they bet millions. Not saying I’m axe. But we have bet millions on trusting each other like that. It’s fun.

@AlwaysBeHustlin or vice versa? -
We knew each other in high school. Ran in the same circle. He was a moron and wild man then. He got a little of the moron out of him. Still wild. Which is necessary. Particularly if you work with bipolar crazy people like me
