I listened to that episode. great conversation. for me, I'd like to move to 3 month minimum with a yearly option. but I'm not going to do this until I have more of a track record.

That 3-month model makes sense. Happy medium. Gives you a chance to hook customer & less of mental commitment for them. Win/win.
