It means that landlords are uncontributing, unproductive leaches of a bygone era beholden to renters to support their own lives; all while needlessly driving up property values for something that's a human necessity.

That would be the power and gas companies, respectively. And leaks are reported by tenants.

Who puts the effort into saving and paying the mortgage on a decorated home previously purchased and then rented to those who need it? Landlirds dont work? Hahaha
