I love reading old S-1's and annual reports from non-recent companies (1950s-2010s). But finding that info is hard. Is there a central place where I can find this stuff? Like a repository of every IPO filing or annual report ever?

Have your tried a simple google search: “company x S-1. Filings” It should take you to sec’s website. You could also try their investor relations website and in the drop down menu look for S-1. There are a bunch of paid services where you can get these docs from too!

which paid services? For older companies, they often dont have s-1s on their site or all theri annual reports.
