I love reading old S-1's and annual reports from non-recent companies (1950s-2010s). But finding that info is hard. Is there a central place where I can find this stuff? Like a repository of every IPO filing or annual report ever?

Have run into same issue. Enamored with the iterations of Hearst and other legacy media co's throughout the 70s-2000s but it's so hard to find even early-2000s stuff on EDGAR. Cool one from 2006 as Hearst first really began putting $ into digital (~$10m) https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/949536/000110465907014488/a07-5330_210k.htm …

read The Chief. I bet you have. But it's cool. HEarst is an interesting business. I think they own 100% of their building without debt. it's a huge skyscraper in the heart of manhattan.
