I love reading old S-1's and annual reports from non-recent companies (1950s-2010s). But finding that info is hard. Is there a central place where I can find this stuff? Like a repository of every IPO filing or annual report ever?

Yeah, it's not the best UX, but it is the source of truth I came up on it because I used to work @ Big4 working on SEC disclosures, so perhaps a leg up
My strategy has always been to look for the specific forms, e.g. 10-Q, 10-K — the Fossil S-1 will likely not... -
