We got ours through our small local bank. I suggest working directly with a loan officer at your small bank and they should be fairly responsive and push it through quickly. Everything I’ve read says the big banks have been terrible through this whole thing.
I'm going to apply for PPP at a smallish local bank vs Chase as they've been unresponsive. Can anyone suggest someone I should speak with? I'm trying places in my hometown, but can use more insight.

A small local bank is definitely the way to go. We ditched Wells Fargo last year for American River Bank and have been very happy with that decision (especially this year).
