What do you see the explosive movements doing to your body? I'm interested in your annecdotal results or changes. I'm interested in Oly lifts too, but I think I might need a coach to not fuck myself up.

I’m a fast twitch muscle guy. High vert naturally. My body changes quickly to power training. I don’t gain mass but get strong fast. Feels like I lose weight fast too. Makes me feel sharp vs long steady aerobic I get skinny fat
