What's you opinion on the overall cost v. benefit of purely complex movements vs any other programming? Complex movements seem to have the highest overall efficiency. What is your motivation for PR'ing? CNS activation? Longevity? Mental benefits?

Longevity, mobility, and fun. I’m going to get away from deadlift and squat only and start down cleans, jerks, and all that. I love what those explosive movements do to my body vs just heavy lifting.

Congrats, man! That's huge! My squat is shit. My deadlift on the other hand-just PR'd yesterday raw 395 and had 415 just above my knees-started to feel my back go. Drop. 395 is ok with me. Pushing for 2.5-3x bodyweight by end of 2020.
