I’ve had mine about the same time and honestly having a hard time with figuring out how it actually integrates into my life. Cool graphs but hasnt changed my behavior any.

Stick with it
@soundslikecanoe - if u are a data geek (which U are) you’ll start changing behavior over time. For me it was decreasing calorie consumption, after tracking my actual burn rate. And sleep, a poor recovery score got me to bed earlier - obvs harder with a newborn :)

Sensor is way bigger. My assumption is this also means more sensitive. I’ve loved using mine. Helped me get 95-100% sleep scores every night.
