Tried to buy the lot next to our building - owner told me I’d have to offer “stupidly-over-priced-you’d-be-dumb-to-offer-that” for him to even consider. He owns tons of lots throughout downtown St. Louis. Prints money with nearly zero maintenance / upkeep costs.

I believe the majority of Trump’s real estate holdings are parking garages. When he leases his name for hotels or apartments, he often tries to own the adjoining parking structure outright. Fantastic for taxes, in regard to depreciation.
