It’s incredibly old and outdated. Also, for that money in the north suburbs of Chicago you can get A LOT. Look at some of the comps in the area.

Yeah. But still cool if you're drake or some rich dude who just wants to own history.

Upkeep and ~2% IL property tax on a $15m house is brutal, and a house custom built for MJ doesn’t necessarily scream “just what you’re looking for”. I’m really surprised it hasn’t sold though, what an Airbnb opportunity!!!

I feel like for a mega rich rapper, wealthy pop culture fan, or some type of collector, it would be wicked cool. Lots of people buy rare cars or art. Just shocked it's still for sale!

I use to deliver pizzas to that house in high school. Watching the 23 split down the middle to let you in is epic. Especially when it has snow on it.

Chicago suburb real estate is pretty cheap, might be part of it. But yeah on nostalgia alone it should sell with the old arena’s court as the floor of the trophy room.

You could probably make it a museum and make your money back lol

And for half the original listing price. Propert taxes may be part of it. Dwayne Wade’s Chicago area house sold for $300k years after being listed for $1.2m. It was falling into disrepair. Remember it being primarily about the property taxes.

Not a normal house. A lot of it was custom built for a basketball player at 6’6”.
