      Most people will say “what about smarter?!” Or some other junk to get away from it. But this is 100% true. You can work very long weeks for a few years and get ahead from hard work.

      Great perspective. My only point is that, often, the answer lies within. Whether you need to put more effort into your output, efficiency, picking projects, collaboration, etc - it all boils down to working harder. That said, work is not life. This is just advice for work. :)

          As long as you spend your time working all the time, for the right reason because you feel it in your spirit, type A personality. Unfortunately there is still a mentality in the US, Mexico, Japan and elsewhere that "working long hours is good". We're still getting over that.
