When cooked (I do 15 min starting in boiling water) empty the hot and run cold water into the pot. Then put the egg into a cup and shake vigorously. The shell will just come off

Run Cold water over after boiling and peel around the middle Top and bottom will fall off...a person that eats 3 hard boiled eggs every day

No secret with making, just peeling technique. Get a few cracks in and remove them, then—important part—break the thin layer between shell and egg white. Start sliding thumb across trying to get under that rather trying to take the shell off.
