Matt’s right. This is how it’s measured in hoops. Then qualitatively, you should see yourself being able to touch rim, and then progressively be able to hang on rim & eventually dunk etc.

If you find something cheaper I’d be down to join in the fun. Maybe we could do a group competition, or maybe better a group challenge. Get everyone’s baseline then work towards a net average % increase for all participants.
