Google doesn’t need to buy them. Just take them off the front page and they become irrelevant and people start using google reviews instead.

Does anyone use the yelp app legitimately? If you hear about a restaurant or business the first thing you do is google it. I’ve heard so many shitty stories about Yelp. Bury them.

People don’t download apps anymore. Browser based interaction will win out in the long run over the next 5 yrs.
