Bought an Xbox. First gaming system I’ve owned in 15 years. Played for 4 hours. Made me feel horrible! Totally addicting and not that entertaining. Am I an old man now?

Really depends on what your playing. Dumb addicting games (Doom) make me feel anxious, storytelling based ones (The Last of Us, RDR2) are like watching a great movie and enjoying quality entertainment.
