All bit things start with small teams. Heck, @pex was built by 6 people. To date we processed 3.5 exabytes of data. But we too had to deliver on non-essential features

I love the statement but Notion has done so little in terms of improving the product in the last year so maybe they do need more people or something because it's essentially the same product as when I first found it.
