I don't like it. I'm just saying I think you can absolutely get rich (in terms of money, that's it), through scamming people and being dishonest. Although, it's much easier to do it by treating people well. But, it's possible.

Sounds like WYSIWYG incentives exist for large / rare interactions (eg, VC) but not so much for small / frequent interactions (eg, Comcast). This would seem to indicate a failure of current review systems (BBB, Yelp, and similar) to accurately check & balance.
