You have 1,200 employees. You have months of cash left before you die. There’s a pandemic. No one is using your service. You need to scramble. This all happened in 2 weeks. How do you layoff your 400 employees (who are all remote)?

First off, I’d probably start with a business plan that doesn’t include dumping scooters all over sidewalks and operating with impunity until every city plagued with scooters starts filing lawsuits but that’s just me.
