I toned it down recently so I can lose weight, but even today, multiple days a month I will only eat salami and peanut butter for an entire day. Amazingly filling, convenient, and delicious. Just chunks of salami and spoonfuls of PB. The best.
2000-2500. Normal. I've lost weight doing it. According to google: 1/4 pound salami is 500 cal. 1 cub pb is 1500.

This is totally anecdotal...but I've gotten in my best shape on very delicious, but super easy to consume meals similar in style to that.
