Agreed. I'm sure there are gaps in language/culture but therein lies the opportunity which makes it a win-win for all parties involved, if someone can solve it somehow :)

Checking for the culture fit is part of any hiring exercise whether you're hiring someone sitting across the desk or someone across the continent, why is it still presented as an unsolved problem?
