As someone wanting to start a company but has ZERO safety net, I think about this often. I grew up poor and don’t have a circle of wealthy Friends & Family. If I fail, no one can bail me out or help support my kids. Taking risk is a privilege.https://twitter.com/orangebook_/status/1236296122739691523 …

I also think if you’re not willing to risk it, maybe you shouldn’t do it. Being bold isn’t for most and that’s ok.

Are the people who have no choice but to risk those things ignorant and arrogant? Or do they do it because they have to or are willing to risk it because they want it that bad? I’d say number 2.

Or it’s they’re just really bold, skilled, talented, or hungry (or a combination) and want to put their family in a great situation. But could also be narcissistic. Which category do you think most people who move to America to start something fall in?
