What % of recalls do you think are done because the company wants to vs is told they have to?

The drivers? Prolly not. I wasn't going to work there as a driver though. Like McDonalds, the difference in pay/value between HQ and janitors is huge.

Yea, last time I was at MCD's it wasn't a janitor that took my order. (oh and note: all 1.6 million McDonalds workers ARE paid above minimum wage)
