We did. About a week. I’m not educated on the topic but gave in due to fear. But figure $300 of groceries that can last at least a year is easily worth it even if it’s all hysteria.

Back in my early 20's I bought approx 5 months worth of 50+ yr shelf life freeze dried food. (Before prepping was cool) I may never need it, but piece of mind is priceless!

Same here. Feels good to have 3 months of food for my whole family in the garage. Best benefit may just be the clearing if mental space to not have to worry.

We did, about the same. Most of it is stuff we use anyway (soap, shampoo, coffee, food for our cat, etc) but bought much more than usual. Only abnormal purchase was canned fruit. Usually just buy fresh, but figured it’d be worth a punt.

Nope, not into fear mongering, only like 20 ppl in Canada have it, and one died in US, you have better chances of getting hit by a asteroid, telling you to stock up on food and essentials, lol this is what the news cycle loves, something that will get them clicks and views daily
