What attributes, strategies, tactics do you think allow Chinese startups to scale so ruthlessly fast? Like the book Blue Zones which looks at the 5 attributes shared by the cultures with the most # of happy old people, what do u think are the attributes for Chinese companies?

1) Government policies 2) World class manufacturing and supply chain 3) Cultural emphasis on working hard and making a lot of money (not unlike US) 4) Need to fill voids left by lack of American companies 5) Lax regulatory environment 6) Most important: massive market

2) Having access to Shenzhen region where lots of tech manufacturing is done is a huge advantage. American companies are going to have to deal with language, cultural and geographic barrier in getting a product manufactured in china. Chinese companies don't.
