With even an ounce of media training you learn how to say you can’t or won’t answer a question.
@NathanLatka didn’t force anyone to answer and his podcasts are already public, so anyone truly upset needs to consider how their own ego might have gotten them in trouble.
Agreed. As someone who hosts lots of interviews and gets interviewed I’ve learned it’s easy to manipulate people to give you the valuable info you want...and it’s way easier to answer with: we don’t reveal that, what else can we discuss though? A polite no is totally fine.

Polite no also way better than making up #'s. I always appreciate a strong "no, but I can talk about X"
