I thought about getting one during Black Friday but the reviews were really mixed & a lot of people said they wore it AND their Apple Watch which feels over the top.

Yes I love it. Definitely makes you aware to how much sleep you aren’t getting.

How about the rest of the features?

Had it and didn’t like it. Software was really bad. You had to answer like 10 questions each day like “how did you sleep”. I thought you were supposed to tell me!

Those Qs capture data to contextualize sleep performance and recovery though. HR & motion sensors can't capture substance consumption or if you shared your bed!

Yes. The app is intuitive, wearable is comfy & straps are customizable. Been wearing 2.0 for 3 yrs (upgrading soon). I love that charging is modular. This vs
@ouraring depends on how important exercise/athletic performance is for you.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

1. found it uncomfortable on my wrist while sleeping. 2. more data than a regular person (non-pro athlete) needs. unless you're super consistent already and have fully optimized your performance at a basic level, no need to jump to a more granular tool

1. Learn a lot about your body quickly, but once you understand it, whoop isn’t that helpful. 2. Expensive monthly cost when considering on top of gym memberships, etc. (especially when the avg person can get more data than they actually need from other smart watches)
