I’m incredibly interested in the idea of starting companies that you intend to own and grow forever vs selling in 7-15 years after starting. For the people who’ve sold as well as the people who’ve grown businesses over decades, what’s your experience? Any regrets?

Love the idea of eight & nine figure revenue companies that are built on five or six figure funding - the exit question is different for everybody but think a lot of people want to pursue other interests vs doing the same thing forever

Also wouldn’t call an exit after 10-20 years a “flip” - I’d say a positive exit after that amount of time is more like a sports organization that has won a championship
