I am glad I have experience in B2C and B2B, and having both helps me today But That B2C experience taught me startups are fragile, faddy, and subject to disruption In the end, not really true in B2B after $10m ARR or so

viral coefficient. B2B is >just< as viral in the end as B2C. but coefficient usually much, much lower. much lower. so takes "forever" to see effects. channels. Adwords, Facebook, other B2C paid acquisition don't work as well. sales cycles. enough said.

As more companies drive towards a Product Led approach there will be more overlap between the two strategies. B2B (today) simply has more stakeholders in a decision in comparison to B2C. Viral coefficients for B2B are more centered around expansion than net new.
