One of the few downsides: I don't use Facebook. Valid complaint. However, more people don't use forums. They don't visit them daily. Many visit FB daily. For example: we have over 3,000 members in the group. We get 100s of engagements a day.
With 200-300 engagements a day on 3000 members that's 5-10% of members. Compared to Quora reddit, or most forums. I bet they get 1%. So, I think FB Groups can seem lightweight and has downsides, they hands down are best because it's where people already r, making community better

Definitely appreciate the reasoning for why FB was chosen. I left FB years ago b/c it had no value to me and I stand by it even more today. Hate I will miss out on the dialogue with other Trends members.
