By “group” you mean Facebook? I’m a Trends subscriber but have thought many times about cancelling simply because you use Facebook as the forum platform. I left FB years ago and haven’t looked back. If I may offer my opinion, host a forum on your domain. Happy to assist...
Yes, I mean Facebook. I've had communities for 7+ years. Facebook's best. Not because it's great, but because nothing out there is as good. It's the best of a ton of OK stuff. There are much bigger downsides to every competitor.

One of the few downsides: I don't use Facebook. Valid complaint. However, more people don't use forums. They don't visit them daily. Many visit FB daily. For example: we have over 3,000 members in the group. We get 100s of engagements a day.

With 200-300 engagements a day on 3000 members that's 5-10% of members. Compared to Quora reddit, or most forums. I bet they get 1%. So, I think FB Groups can seem lightweight and has downsides, they hands down are best because it's where people already r, making community better
