@theSamParr How has MyBodyTutor worked for you? I'm currently 6 weeks in (signed up after seeing your tweet) and down about 8.5 pounds...curious what your experience has been -
It's been very good so far! Lost weight and gained muscle.

I’m currently training for a 13.1, and am having the exact same issue. Weight gain from eating and drinking too much on my rest days

Same thing happened to me. My body was used to eating 6k calories a day during training. Also I stopped running for a few weeks after.

I gained weight in my first triathlon season from overeating after workouts. I also was abusing gel packs. Intermittent fasting solved the problem for me in the off-season.

I worked with Adam for a quite a while.
@noahkagan introduced me to him. Great guy. At the time we were using a very MVP version of what MyFitnessPal does - which by the way I love using too.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

The book
@GaryTaubes called Why We Get Fat goes into this concept in a very interesting and informative way. It's a short read. He will give you a mind-blowing shift in thinking about the connection between hunger, food, and getting fat -
Just bought it because of your tweet. Thanks for the recommendation
