Here's what I've learned from years of talking to founders of all types of companies: There's an unlimited way to build a $100m-$1b business. You can raise money, bootstrap, have few employees, lots of employees, be remote, work 80 hours week, work 40, be aggressive, be kind.

Confident-ish people who act consistently vs people just plan, talk, worry about the perfect domain name, making spreadsheets and 1000s of other bullshit time tasting stuff.

I wonder how the averages play out in that group. Market shows bias towards the methods used by the majority. Wish there were more stories about the fringe cases and their strategies.
